Our retreat involves daily hikes to the mountain's top, which requires participants to be in good physical condition. Although Mt. Kurama is not a big mountain and does not involve rock climbing, the hikes do require walking up many stairs.
To fully enjoy and participate in all activities of our special class, you need to be capable of handling these climbs. Regular aerobic exercise and stair climbing prior to the retreat are highly recommended to ensure you can comfortably reach the mountain's peak and partake in all scheduled activities.
Walking endless stairs every day during our hikes requires a person to be in good physical condition. Your preparation is crucial for a fulfilling and enjoyable experience at our retreat.
