What is Holy Fire®︎ III Karuna Reiki︎®?

Holy Fire®︎ III Karuna Reiki®︎ is the Reiki System of Divine Compassionate Action. Karuna is a Sanskrit word that indicates the taking of any action to relieve the suffering of others.

The motivation for such action is a sense of Compassion for others. When a person is motivated by compassion, they become aware that by relieving the suffering of others, they are working to benefit of themselves and all of humanity.

This in turn leads to more kindness, gentleness and contributes to the wellness of the people of the world.

About the Name "Holy Fire®"

The use of the word holy in the name Holy Fire® is not intended to have a religious meaning. The word “holy” has as its root meaning to be whole and complete and this is how it is used in Holy Fire®.

Therefore, Holy Fire® is a spiritual energy that creates wholeness through purification, healing, empowerment, and guidance.

The Karuna Reiki®︎ system was formed by William Lee Rand while working with some of his students to determine which non-Usui Reiki symbols had exceptional qualities.

William and his students sought guidance from Reiki, meditated on the symbols and after experimenting with the symbols & attunements, 8 symbols were chosen that seemed to have the most benefit and a high vibration.
