No Refunds: Refunds are not provided once payment has been made.

One-Time Rescheduling: Your reservation can be rescheduled only one time

Rescheduling your appointment requires at least 24 hours notice. Otherwise, the full payment will not be transferred to another reservation.

No-Shows: No-shows will be charged the full amount of the session and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

Late Arrival: Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late.
