Guests arrive at the retreat location, settle in, and enjoy a nourishing welcome dinner. An evening orientation sets the tone for the journey ahead and introduces the group.
Begin the day with hands-on Reiki learning and practice. In the afternoon, hike through the sacred trails of Kurama Temple, ending the day with a relaxing soak in the nearby hot springs.
Start with a final morning Reiki session. A guided reflection circle helps integrate your experience, followed by a heartfelt closing ceremony before departure.
