Meditation.
Visually visit the mountain located in Kyoto, the ancient capital of Japan.
Experience where Mikao Usui Sensei did his 21 day meditation that ended with him receiving the gift of Reiki, the fastest growing complementary holistic
practice in the world.
You will experience these locations through pictures taken exclusively by
Healing Land Reiki (Muniqui Muhammad and Lena Takahashi.)
In Part Two of the Tour, you will be guided on the Mt. Kurama Healing
Journey. It is a guided meditation that will connect you to the unique places on
the mountain and will allow you to feel their refined healing energy. In your
Healing Journey, we will take you to the Mt. Kurama Spiritual Gift Shop. There
you will receive a unique spiritual gift directly from sacred Mt. Kurama.

About The Music
The background music for the Healing Journey contains recordings of the actual sounds of Mt. Kurama in the early morning. The natural sounds of birds and streams at the dawning of a new day on the mountain will enhance your guided meditation.
Mt. Kurama is a sacred mountain surrounded by Kurama Village and Kifune Village. It is located in the Northern part of Kyoto, Japan. It has been the home of The Kurama Temple (In Japanese, its “Kurama-Dera”) for at least 12 centuries. Kurama Temple is a mountain temple with a long history and a unique atmosphere. It is considered by some to contain special spiritual energy and over the years, many famous people have come here to meditate. It’s known for its spirituality and breathtaking natural beauty. When you hike to the top of Mt. Kurama, where Usui Sensei received his gift of Reiki, you will be just in between Kurama and Kifune Village. In fact, the entire area of Kurama/Kifune is imbued with high spiritual energy.

Healing Land Reiki was established in 2016 to provide detailed and accurate information about Reiki (a traditional Japanese healing method) to people in Japan and in the world. Our intention is to spread the knowledge and practice of Reiki to help people improve their lives. We have found that by using Reiki, we can help people maintain a healthy spirit, mind and body. This is our way to contribute to creating a harmonious society where everyone can lead a fulfilling life. We are based in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture - located in the Tohoku
